WAITLIST TERMS · Version 3 September 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to the CASH28 Drop 01 launch waitlist operated by CASH28 LTD, company number 16892201 (“CASH28”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at Wayne@Cash28.co.uk.
2. Joining the waitlist
Joining is free and does not require a purchase. You must be aged 18 or over, provide your own accurate contact details, select at least one communication channel and accept these terms. Please do not submit another person’s information without their permission.
3. What joining means
Joining allows CASH28 to contact you through the channels you selected about the launch, new drops, restocks and offers. It does not reserve a product or size, establish queue priority, guarantee early access, guarantee stock, fix a price or promotion, or guarantee that an order will be accepted. Products available after launch will be subject to availability and the store terms displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Launch date
Drop 01 is currently planned to launch at 8:00 PM British Summer Time on 12 September 2026. We may reasonably change, postpone or cancel the launch, product range, prices or promotional details. Where appropriate, we will announce changes or contact waitlist members through their selected channels. We cannot guarantee when an email or SMS arrives because delivery also depends on external networks and service providers.
5. Communications and withdrawal
Email and SMS marketing are separate and optional. CASH28 will use only the marketing channels you select. You can withdraw email consent through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP where supported, or contact us. Withdrawing one channel does not automatically withdraw another unless you ask us to do so.
6. Offer, misuse and availability
The planned opening offer is Buy 2, Get 1 Free with free standard shipping from 12 to 28 September 2026. Final eligibility, availability, exclusions, delivery areas and checkout terms shown on the live store will apply. We may reject or remove duplicate, automated, fraudulent, underage or abusive submissions. We do not guarantee that the waitlist page will always be available or free from interruptions outside our reasonable control.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or for a subscriber failing to keep their contact details accurate.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms where reasonably necessary. An update will not expand an existing marketing consent; we will request fresh consent where the purpose or nature of our marketing materially changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings where you live.
PRELAUNCH PRIVACY NOTICE · Version 3 September 2026
1. Controller and contact
CASH28 LTD, company number 16892201, is the controller of the personal information collected through this waitlist. Registered office: 4 Lôn y Ffrith, Llandudno, LL30 1TX, United Kingdom. Contact: Wayne@Cash28.co.uk.
2. Information we collect
Depending on what you provide, we collect your first name, email address and/or mobile number, the channels you selected, submission date, time and source, the consent wording and version presented to you, later preference changes or withdrawals, and limited technical or security information processed by Shopify to operate and protect the form.
3. Why we use it and our lawful bases
- Selected marketing: to manage the waitlist and send launch, product, restock and offer messages through channels you expressly select. We rely on your consent.
- Compliance: to keep consent, withdrawal and suppression records and respond to legal requests. We rely on legal obligations and our legitimate interests in demonstrating compliance.
- Security: to protect the form and website and detect misuse. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure service.
4. Your choices
Agreeing to the Waitlist Terms and acknowledging this notice does not itself opt you into marketing. Email and SMS are separate choices. You must select at least one channel to receive a waitlist notification. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier use.
5. Who receives the information
We use Shopify and Shopify Forms to host the store, create or update customer records, record form submissions and marketing status, and protect the form from abuse. We may also use contracted email and SMS delivery providers and IT, security, legal or professional advisers where necessary. We disclose information to regulators, courts or public authorities where legally required. We do not sell or rent waitlist information and do not use it for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We review waitlist administration data after launch and delete or anonymise it within 30 days after the Drop 01 campaign ends unless it remains necessary for a disclosed purpose. Where you consent to continuing marketing, we keep the necessary details and consent evidence until you withdraw or for no more than 24 months after your last meaningful interaction, whichever is sooner, and review active records annually. After opt-out, we may retain only the minimum suppression record needed to respect your choice and demonstrate compliance.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent or to stop direct marketing, and may object to other processing. Contact Wayne@Cash28.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or call 0303 123 1113.
9. Changes
We may update this notice if our processing changes. We will publish the new version here and give additional notice where a change materially affects you.
